DMARC Setup & Monitoring Service

DMARC protects your domain from spoofing and phishing attacks by making sure only authorized tools — like your website, email marketing platform, or CRM — can send email using your domain name.

Without it, bad actors can send fake emails pretending to be you, damaging your reputation and/or flagging your legitimate messages as spam.

This is a proactive, low-risk way to protect your domain and ensure your emails land where they belong — in inboxes, not junk folders.

Why DMARC Matters

  • Protect Your Brand from Spoofing – DMARC prevents cybercriminals from impersonating your domain, safeguarding your reputation and customer trust.
  • Enhance Email Deliverability – Proper DMARC implementation ensures your legitimate emails reach inboxes, reducing the chances of being marked as spam.
  • Gain Visibility into Email Traffic – DMARC reports provide insights into who is sending emails on your behalf, helping identify unauthorized sources.
  • Comply with Email Security Standards – Major providers like Google and Yahoo now require DMARC for bulk senders, making compliance essential for uninterrupted email communication.

Did you know?

  • Nearly 9 million phishing attacks were reported globally in 2023, highlighting the escalating threat landscape. (PowerDMARC)
  • Over 90% of cyberattacks begin with email fraud, emphasizing the need for strong email authentication measures. (DMARC Report)
  • Only about 8% of companies worldwide have a valid DMARC record, leaving many organizations vulnerable to email-based attacks. (EasyDMARC)

What’s Included:

1. Set up DMARC properly for your domain

We’ll create and publish a custom DMARC record in your DNS to protect your domain from spoofing, phishing, and other email-based attacks.

2. Set up DMARC reports and monitor for 4 months

You’ll get behind-the-scenes monitoring with regular DMARC reports sent to us, so we can track who’s using your domain.

3. Identify authorized vs. unauthorized email senders

We’ll help you spot which services (like your website, CRM, or marketing tools) are sending legitimate email — and flag anything suspicious that shouldn’t be sending on your behalf.

4. Gradual DMARC policy updates to increase enforcement

Each month, we’ll safely adjust your DMARC record to increase enforcement — starting with monitoring only, then moving to quarantining suspicious emails — all without risking delivery of your legitimate messages.

5. Resolve email authentication issues

We’ll pinpoint any problems with your email setup (SPF/DKIM misconfigurations or missing records) and tell you how to fix them to get fully aligned.

6. Provide a final status report after 4 months

At the end of your 4-month monitoring period, we’ll send you a clear summary of what we found, what was fixed, and what comes next to keep your domain protected.

Pricing

  • A one-time fee of $149.
  • After four months, you can choose what you’d like to do next: a one-time review to see if your domain is ready for maximum enforcement; ongoing monitoring; or just touch base if there’s a problem later.

FAQ

When we set up DMARC for your domain, we tell inbox providers (like Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, etc.) to report back on every service that tries to send email using your domain name. That includes legitimate senders like your website, CRM or newsletter tool, plus others who may be trying to impersonate your domain for malicious reasons.

We get these reports via our monitoring tools (usually weekly), review who’s sending, and gradually adjust your DMARC policy to handle unauthorized email — starting gently, and tightening over time — so it becomes harder for spammers to send fake emails.

Without DMARC, anyone can send fake emails using your domain name. That can hurt your reputation and send your real emails to spam folders.

Nope! We start in a safe “watch and learn” mode. We’ll make changes slowly, and only after we’re sure your legitimate email tools (like your website or newsletter service) are set up correctly.

We’ll set everything up, monitor for 4 months, and adjust your settings along the way to improve protection. At the end, you’ll get a report on how things went and what’s next.

The main setup and 4-month monitoring are a one-time service. But if you want continued monitoring or help down the road, we offer that too.
